It was a nice and sunny morning at the Academy. A perfect day to start a first day on new school for Selena. The girl was standing at the gate of high school building, smiling to herself. "All right, welcome to my new life as a high-schooler!" Selena said to herself and then walked into the building.

** Shirokin Academy - Archery Club Room**

*Chaz sat before his laptop, he had arrived early to practice before class started but instead had given into the captain’s request to put the club's records onto a computer database. So instead of taking out his bow, he was tapping away at his keyboard, he didn't overly mind. But still he'd been looking forward to the inner peace that always came to him when he picked up his bow.*

Captain: Chaz you’re a life saver...the club loves you...*The captain continued to prattle; he was just one of those guys. Great at archery but a horrible organizer, he usually depended on his vice captain for those skills, but she was busy with class schedules this morning. So Chaz was baby sitting the captain.*

Miya was at an ice rink not too far from the school. She had all of her gear on, and was making her way from the locker room to the ice. She stepped out onto the ice and skated down to one end. She started stretching, then skated quickly down the ice and did suicides, then took a five minute break to cool down a little. She started to practice on her wrist shots, backhanders, and one timers. When she was finished, she went back to the locker room, showered, changed and left for the main building.

*Sword fighting class*

Archaeon took out his twin scimitars and started to pracite before class started.

The teacher watched Archaeon practice. When he was done the teacher critisised him, and Archaeon listen closly because he wanted to be the perfect sword fighter.

Miya walked into the music classroom and sat in a chair. "Good morning, Miya," The teacher greeted her. "Good morning, sir," She responded. She smiled at him. "Well, let's get started, shall we?" He suggested, just as third year student Marco walked in.

Marco smiled at Miya. "Good morning, Miya," He said cheerfully. "G-good morning, Marco," Miya said. Her cheeks turned red, and she was glad Marco was kind of oblivious. She was hopelessly in love with him. As he started to play his guitar, however, she forgot her embarassment and began to sing along to the song he was playing.

** Shirokin Academy - Archery Club Room**

*Chaz finishes off the current record knowing that he’d run out of time to do any more at this time. As he shuts his laptop he can hear guitar playing and a voice on the wind. Reminded of his combined class assignment that he was paired up with Marco, he waves to his fellow club member before heading to the music room.*

As the song ended, the teacher began to clap. "Bravo you two, bravo!" He exclaimed. "Thanks," Marco said to the teacher, but his gaze was focused on Miya. He saw that her cheeks were red, and he figured it was just the teacher's praise. "Oh, I've got to do an assignment with a partner. I'll see you later," He said to the teacher and Miya, then put his guitar away and went to find Chaz.

** Shirokin Academy - Music Room Entrance**

*Chaz meets Marco at the door leading into the music room. He raises a hand in greeting as the slender guy exits the room.*

Chaz: Hey, that was sounding good. Is that a piece your going to perform at the cultural festival?

*Chaz asks his way of greeting. He liked Marco's guitar playing, the guy had read talent, most in their year thought so.*

"Yeah, I'm hoping to. Miya's got a good voice for that song, doesn't she? Can you believe she's only 15 and she can sing like that?" Marco said. He waved at Miya one last time before leaving with Chaz.

Miya was ready to go as well. "Would you like some help cleaning up?" She asked. "No, no, you get on to whatever it is you need to do," The teacher told her. "I'll stop by to practice later, then," Miya said. "I'll see you after classes end, then," The teacher responded, beaming. She smiled too, then left.

Archaeon left his sword fighting class and went to his locker to drop off his swords and pick up his bow. When he got to the archery class people were already shooting their targets.

He walked in and set up at an open target and started to practice aswell.

Cyril was just staring blankly at the fellow computer club members who were talking of their next activity this term at school backyard. He wasn't in the mood in talking with them because of the headache he had from this morning. "I shouldn't stay up late last night... But the movie was very good, so..."

At the time he stretched his arms and yawned, an announcement was informed through the speakers, "For Shirokin students, please go to schoolyard for new-term ceremony after the bell rang. Thank you."

Selena entered her new class room, 1-C. There weren't many people there, since most of students were attending the club morning activity.

** Shirokin Academy - Corridor**

Chaz: She has a good sound *Chaz agrees as the two move down the corridor.*

Chaz: By her voice I would not have put her at 15, but her looks, yeah she's 15. Is she good to work with?

*Chaz's eyes go to the speaker as the entrance ceremony was announced. It looked like that he and Marco wouldn't have time to work on their project. They'd have to meet later.*

*Chaz knowing the bell is about to start, heads in the direction of the ceremony.*

"Yeah, she is. If she wasn't I wouldn't mind, anyway. You know that," Marco said to Chaz. He, too, heard the announcement. "Well, so much for working on the project," He said with a small smile. He followed after Chaz toward the schoolyard.

Archaeon packed up his stuff and went down to the school-yard. He set his stuff down and waited for the ceremony to begin.

** Shirokin Academy - Schoolyard**

*As Chaz and Marco enter the schoolyard where the morning ceremony will take place. They make their way to the back where those of 3rd year were meant to be.*

Chaz: Will have to try another time. Do you have any free periods today?

*As chaz walks past Archaeon, he nods and smiles in greeting. He recognised him from the archery club.*

"Yeah, right after lunch and right at the end of the day. You?" Marco asked. He, too, inclined his head in greeting to Archaeon, even though he didn't know him. As he sat down, he looked around and spotted Miya walking into the schoolyard.

Miya walked in and spotted where the first year students were supposed to sit. She sat near the exit, as she usually did. She glanced around, and her eyes met Marco's. He waved to her, and she waved back.

** Shirokin Academy - Schoolyard**

Chaz: Want to try right after lunch then? I have club activities after school. Have anywhere you want to work?

*Chaz converses with Marco as they find a spot among the 3rd year seats. Upon seeing him wave to someone at the front, Chaz's gaze finds Miya, and he smiles.*

"Yeah, sounds good. Want to try the library? It's the quiestest place I can think of," Marco responded to Chaz. He broke his gaze away from Miya after smiling once more at her.

Archaeon acknowledge's Chaz's nod and nods back. Archaeon sits down next to his stuff and drifts off to his own world.

** Shirokin Academy - Schoolyard**

Chaz: Sounds like a plan *he agrees with Marco, he stretches before taking his seat. He'd been sitting at the clubs database for longer than he'd thought and he wanted to work out the kinks, but he settles on a simple stretch.*

Chaz: Any ideas on how to make ones club captain more responsible? *he asks idly as they await for the assembly to begin.*

Marco shook his head. "No, but when I find out, I'll let you know," He said, laughing quietly. "Why do you need to know, anyway?" He asked out of curiosity.

** Shirokin Academy - Schoolyard**

*Chaz pulls a face, his captain, the captain of the archery club was rather unique. Not at all the typical archery stereotype.*

Chaz: Because our Captain is so far behind with reports and the database that they have volunteered me to catch it up for them...*groans* he never sits still and somehow I agreed...save me *he pretends to wail.*

Chaz: *going back to normal* Do let me know, if you have any techniques...it just might save me this year *he jokes.*
